Nu Nu the Ring-necked Monster

Nu Nu the Ring-necked Monster

Nu Nu runs into a tiger in the forest. Afraid that she might be eaten up by the hungry beast, she uses her wits to escape by enlisting the aid of a mighty ring-necked monster. This story is set in the rainforest of Myanmar and inspired by the Chinese idiom 狐假虎威, meaning to make use of someone else’s power for one’s own ends.
